Is one of your new years resolutions to lose weight? Well it’s one of ours, but we are neither willing to stop stuffing our faces with chips and cake nor are we in the mood to do more exercise. Live a little people! Life is short!

Dark-colored grapes (especially Muscadien grapes) contain a chemical called ellagic adic, which can slow the growth of existing fat cells and formation of new ones. So your body burns fat better. Also the chemical boosts the metabolism of fatty acids in liver cells, which in the end improves liver function. How very convenient.
